Challenge
Zákazník realizující projekt přečerpávací elektrárny požadoval dodávku středněnapěťového rozváděče tvořícího uzel (starpoint) generátoru. Zařízení muselo splňovat vysoké nároky na bezpečnost, spolehlivost a provozní stabilitu, včetně integrace měřicích prvků a přesně definovaných zkoušek. Součástí zadání byla také kompletní odpovědnost dodavatele za návrh, výrobu, kontrolu a tovární zkoušky zařízení.
Our Solution
IVEP designed and delivered a medium-voltage cabinet for the generator neutral disconnector and neutral grounding resistor (N), fully compliant with the customer’s technical specifications and the operational requirements of a pumped-storage power plant.
The switchgear was designed as a generator star point cubicle, with the generator neutral supported on insulators and equipped with integrated current transformers ensuring accurate measurement and reliable protection of the equipment. The scope of supply included complete responsibility for design, manufacturing, inspection, and factory acceptance testing, with a strong emphasis on safe and trouble-free operation.
An interesting feature of the project was the red cabinet color design, selected according to the customer’s request and the internal standards of the power plant.
